Jazz the Terrier

This little guy is an Hairless Terrier, and one of the worse abuse cases we've ever seen. This little guy was rescued from a horrible breeder. He has zero body fat left, and his skin is so irritated it looks like hes been dipped in boiling water. From what we understand, he has spent the last year living in a single shower stall anong with his sisters. Please help us with this guys vet bills. If any animal ever deserved a second chance, its him.
